This Blog is authored by myself, Stuart Morse, as an informal discussion on topics I encounter an a daily basis. My career is more of a way of life. My work is my life’s work. It is what makes me whole as a person.
My focus is on creativity, people and actions to make positive change. Change that invokes growth in the communities throughout our lives. This includes business communities, municipal communities and communities in which we exist. The elements to make this happen are based in people and the strength of the individual brought out through coordination with others. In business, organizations and communities this means working with leaders and teams of people. The focus is a “Whole Brain Thinking” approach. Strategies that use the energy of the collective, aligned in consensus and targeted on specific goals. These are engaged in creative ways to achieve results that provide tangible reminders and Vision Beacons for people to own the direction and goals.
My background is analytical with the creative. From engineering to fine art. I have spend years living the process of creativity and have found it a common demoninator to driving growth in people, business and communities.
